The Tom Dockner winery is located in Theyern in Traisental and is run by the fourth generation. Modern architecture and a partly underground cellar are combined with living tradition. The conversion to organic farming was completed with the 2025 vintage. Limestone and loess soils and the cool Traisental climate produce mineral, elegant and long-lasting wines. Grüne Veltliner and Riesling are the focus. As a member of ÖTW - Österreichische Traditionsweingüter, the Dockner family stands for origin, quality and tradition.
