Nikolaihof Wachau combines genuine hospitality with consistent biodynamic Demeter farming and is one of the first biodynamic wineries in the world. In the certified organic wine bar, guests enjoy Christine Saahs' traditional cuisine, accompanied by wines from state-controlled, biodynamic cultivation. All dishes are 100% home-cooked and glutamate-free. The stylish rooms and the idyllic inner courtyard under the Kaiserlinde provide the perfect setting for enjoyable hours - whether for lunch or dinner or with a good glass of wine in a special atmosphere.

The kitchen at Nikolaihof works with regional, organic and Demeter-certified products, many of which come from our own production, from the Waldviertel or from our own hunting.If the hunter has been successful, the menu includes game meat ravioli, wild boar saumaise or a classic young pork and caraway roast with Waldviertel dumplings. The menu is complemented by creative vegan dishes such as konjac spaghetti with tomato sauce and herbs. Edible flowers and herbs from the farm's own biodynamic garden round off the dishes.
The Nikolaihof is also a special address for parties and celebrations. The festive rooms are ideal for weddings, christenings, birthdays and company celebrations for up to 130 people.
