In our apricot cultivation, we place the greatest emphasis on the typical Wachau variety, the Klosterneuburg apricot. This variety has a distinctive flavor and is also well-suited for various end products, such as apricot brandy, apricot wine, apricot nectar, and apricot jam. We market our own fruit through retailers and direct farm sales.
