Weinhof Winter, a family business in Traismauer, has a long tradition in viticulture dating back to 1905. Over generations, viticulture has been intensified and expanded, resulting today in around eight hectares of terraced vineyards with a wide range of grape varieties. Weinhof Winter relies on near-natural cultivation of the vineyards, dispenses with insecticides and uses greenery and grass mulch. Biological measures are at the forefront in order to enable viticulture in an intact environment for future generations. The philosophy of the winery is to preserve the diversity of nature and only intervene in a guiding way in production.
