By appointment over the phone on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. On Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Excluding school breaks and holidays.

The Grassl winery is relatively small, with 24 hectares of its own land, but fine and easy to manage. The Grassls are straightforward people and like clear lines. The concept: a focus on red wines, a clear range, a purist outward appearance, a functional cellar, labels without frills, no fashionable wines. What counts is quality.
