In culinary terms, the familiar meets sophistication - classic Heurigen cuisine is complemented by seasonal ideas with a modern twist. In addition to familiar Heurigen favorites such as the Winzerhaus plate and sausage salad, fine products from local producers also find their place in the menu, such as smoked char fillets from Fischgreisslerei Watz or finely spiced organic sheep's cheese from Rabenstein an der Pielach.
