Ulrike and Anton Hagen's winery is located in the Rehberg district of Krems - it has been family-owned for more than 200 years. Winemaker Anton Hagen is aware of the long winegrowing tradition, but is also convinced that this only produces great wines when combined with careful use of modern cellar management.
Anton Hagen sees himself as a Veltliner winegrower, which is also a result of the location of his winery in the middle of the Krems Valley ("Kremstal" in German). The Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Zweigelt varieties are also cultivated.
