Description
Behind the name "Weinbau Johann Walzer" is a team of five people who are not only deeply rooted in the family relationship, but also have another thing in common: a love of good wine.
In our family business, we cultivate around 5 hectares of vineyards, on which mainly Grüne Veltliner, but also Rheinriesling, Chardonnay, Müller Thurgau and Scheurebe thrive. Manual labor plays a major role in our business and thanks to the manageable size of the vineyards, we are able to do most of the work ourselves. The roots of our business go back to the 17th century - and thanks to the dynamism of our younger generation, our traditional business will be carried on into the future.
