The new tenants, Ludwig Biebl and Nicole Pirker from Maria Laach, run the newly renovated nature park inn. The traditional inn cuisine is combined with a hearty Heurigen snack. Particularly noteworthy are the home-refined meat products and the sources of supply directly from the Jauerling.
