Wolfgang Fink and his mother Regina are now the 3rd generation to run Winzerhof Fink in the southern Krems Valley ("Kremstal" in German).
Two generations are currently working side by side in the business. My motto "2 generations, one team" is based on this.
The farm focuses on sustainability. Much of the work in the vineyard is done by hand, on the one hand to protect the soil life and on the other to keep the soil healthy in the future. The wines produced can be purchased by the bottle "from the farm".
The wine tavern is also open four times a year and offers space for around 100 guests. In the summer months, the large courtyard can accommodate a further 100 guests. Guests can expect home-made wines as well as home-made food and pastries. In addition to the wines, the restaurant's flagship dishes include the generously filled Hauerjause and cheese platter as well as the village-famous Hauerstangerl.
