Description
The exhibition focuses on the history of our municipality and information about Persenbeug Castle (birthplace of the last Austrian emperor - Charles I). You will also find original stone finds from the Danube, remains of the former roller ferry and various documentations on the life of the shipmaster Matthias Feldmüller - the "Admiral of the Danube". Also on display are artifacts from the Neolithic and Bronze Age as well as memorabilia from the life of the shipmaster Mathias Feldmüller.
