Ybbs an der Donau RV Park – right on the Danube Promenade
This free parking area for up to five RVs is situated in an attractive location right on the Danube, in a public parking lot along the picturesque Danube promenade. The parking spaces are not specifically marked, but are mostly level and partly graveled—ideal for an easy arrival. Reservations are neither possible nor required. The site is available year-round, making it a convenient starting point for stays in the region even outside the peak season.
The historic town center of Ybbs, with its charming alleys, diverse restaurants, and shopping options, is just a short walk away.
There is also plenty to discover in the surrounding area: the popular Danube cycle path runs right past the campsite—perfect for bike rides along the river. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll also find a boat dock, a fitness park with numerous outdoor exercise stations, and a recreation center with an indoor pool and sauna, inviting you to engage in sports or simply relax.
Dogs are welcome at the campsite—walks along the Danube promenade are ideal.
