The campsite is easy to find and is one of the most beautiful spots right on the banks of the Danube in the Wachau region. Right next door, the Genussterrasse restaurant provides services, offers shower and restroom facilities, and serves meals on a wonderfully peaceful terrace overlooking the Danube. The paved path along the Danube is perfect for relaxing walks; nearby, there’s a sunbathing lawn, and when the Danube is low, a natural swimming area with a beautiful sandy beach, a children’s playground, and a beach volleyball court.

Bus and train stations are nearby. Accessible showers/restrooms, washing machine, and dryer are available for people with disabilities!

In accordance with legal regulations, dogs must be kept on a leash or wear a muzzle. Collection bags and trash cans are provided for disposing of dog waste; please use them. Please treat and leave the site as you would like to find it yourself.
