Our family-run guesthouse is located in historic Aggsbach Markt, in the heart of the Wachau region. Situated right on the Welterbesteig Wachau - Wachau World Heritage Trail and just a short walk from the Danube, the Aggsbach Markt train station, and the Danube cycle path, our guesthouse is an ideal starting point for hikers, cyclists, and nature lovers.
Guests of the Wachau World Heritage Trail and the Danube cycle path particularly appreciate the quiet location right by the stream, the secure bike shed, the e-bike charging station, the drying facilities for hiking and cycling gear, and the personalized service.
Breakfast is available upon request and by advance reservation, including vegetarian and vegan options. Free parking is available right at the property. Assistance with luggage transport is available by arrangement.

A special feature of our home are the Wild Wachau Windis— Fidel, Gloria, and Pia. The three greyhounds are the main characters of the regional children’s book series “Die Wilden Wachauer Windis.” Many of the stories are set right here in Aggsbach Markt, making a stay with us a special experience for guests of all ages.
