Description
The Gästehaus Weidenauer is situated in a quiet location in the middle of the vineyards of Wösendorf in the Wachau. The family-run winery offers a relaxed atmosphere and is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours or excursions along the World Heritage Trail.
Modern rooms and a fully equipped vacation apartment are available for guests. The rooms offer space for 2 to 3 people and have amenities such as WLAN, TV and a shared terrace. The vacation apartment covers 40 m² and includes a bedroom, a kitchen/living room, a bathroom/WC and a shared terrace.
A special highlight is the sumptuous breakfast, which is served on the sun terrace in fine weather. Guests can look forward to regional products, freshly prepared egg dishes and the hotel's own grape juice. A glass of Frizzante is also available on request.
For wine lovers, the winery offers a cellar tour followed by a tasting of its own wines in the Steinfeder, Federspiel and Smaragd categories. There is also a self-service tasting area with cool refreshments for hikers from March to October.
