Description
The former winery, from the 16th century, renovated in 2018, designed for a maximum of 8 people, is located near Spitz on the Danube, in the Wachau World Heritage Site. The house is located directly on the Danube cycle path, on the edge of an idyllic village, surrounded by vineyards and apricot gardens.
The main house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small living room, a veranda and a well-equipped kitchen with dining area. A secluded, idyllic courtyard with several cozy seating and dining areas as well as a barbecue and outdoor shower invites you to linger.
The "loft apartment" for 2 people with bathroom and small kitchen, with separate access, is located in an outbuilding.
The former barn is perfect for use from May to September: Painting courses, meditation courses, yoga courses etc Furthermore, we rent out the barn, on request, for seminars, family reunions, small weddings, anniversaries etc (max 30 people).
