Not far from the Danube, in the picturesque village of Maria Laach, the Ringl family has settled down. Karlheinz Ringl took over his parents' business in 1989 and has been running the hotel and restaurant together with his family ever since. Due to its quiet location on the Jauerling, the hotel is very popular with families as well as seminar guests. The six new Premium bon-vivant rooms have tasteful, friendly furnishings and are housed in their own villa. As the region is also known for its fruit growing, the rooms have been named after fruit trees. Numerous hiking trails lead directly from the front door into the Jauerling Nature Park and along the World Heritage Trail. The indoor pool, outdoor pool and sauna provide relaxation and recreation afterwards. The cuisine is traditional and down-to-earth and has its own large organic garden for salad, vegetables and herbs.
