Description

The Gästehaus zur Wehrkirche in the district of St. Michael, directly on the Danube and opposite the Gothic fortified church of St. Michael, dates back to the 14th-17th centuries. The listed building, first mentioned in a document in 1630 and family-owned since 1996, was carefully renovated and lovingly restored up to the year 2000.

Accommodation:

  • Comfort rooms: Spacious double rooms, equipped with shower, WC, satellite TV, hairdryer and other amenities - ideal for relaxing after an eventful day in the Wachau region
  • Apartment: Alternatively, a separate apartment for two people is available.

A rich breakfast buffet with regional products, including homemade Wachau jam, awaits guests in the cozy winter garden or in the cozy breakfast room. A spacious garden with a view of the Danube invites you to linger.

Parking is available free of charge, and a lockable bicycle garage offers secure storage for bikes and e-bikes.
