A tour along the Danube cycle path takes time. However, this is not only due to the many kilometers that are covered by bike, but also to the surroundings. The Babenbergerhof in Ybbs an der Donau provides one of the greatest culinary distractions. Located directly on the Danube cycle path, Karin and Ernst Gruber-Rosenberger's inn has been serving upscale inn cuisine since 2010. The menu consists mainly of regional dishes. The products used are carefully selected and lovingly prepared by the kitchen. Vegetables and fruit always taste best when nature gives them to us. This is exactly when you will find them on the menu - both in the fresh, quick lunch menu and in the lovingly prepared dishes from the large menu in the evening.

Gourmet highlight on the Danube cycle path

Despite its high quality standards, the Babenbergerhof presents itself as grounded. The clientele is diverse. The varied menus meet the demands of excursionists, tour groups and sports enthusiasts on the Danube cycle path alike. In the evening, the elaborate cuisine plays into the hands of those with a taste for indulgence. Inside, guests can choose between the Stüberl and the Gaststube. The restaurant area has been freshly renovated. The ballroom, which can accommodate 100 people, is even more modern. A romantic inner courtyard and the sun terrace complete the offer. In keeping with the season, there are always event highlights in the inn with live music and yoga sessions as well as "Dinner & Crime".
