Fam. Haiderer

Winzerhof Haiderer in Unterbergern cultivates around ten hectares of vineyards - mainly in the excellent terraced vineyards of Pülnhof, Donauleiten and Süßenberg - and enjoys a special position in the Wachau. The rocky soils of the Pülnhof give the Grüne Veltliners and Rieslings lively power and mineral freshness, while the Donauleiten and Süßenberg vineyards produce a wide range of wines, from light Steinfeder to characterful Federspiel and fully ripe Smaragd.

In addition to the classic Wachau grape varieties such as Grüne Veltliner and Riesling, the authentic range also includes Gelber Muskateller and Sauvignon Blanc - ideally complemented by sustainable cultivation principles and traditional craftsmanship, always supported by modern cellar technology. The result is wines with a strong origin, fine structure and high ageing potential.

An additional highlight is the online store, where a selection of the wines - including Grüne Veltliner Federspiel Pülnhof, Riesling Smaragd Süßenberg, Gelber Muskateller, Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé and specialties such as Trockenbeerenauslese, Rosecco and brandies - can be conveniently ordered.

The farm's wine tavern, which has been in existence for around 30 years, rounds off the offer harmoniously. Several times a year, visitors can enjoy homemade specialties with the farm's own wines in a relaxed atmosphere, for example in the Heurigen restaurant or at tastings in the vineyard. Tastings are possible during the Heurigen's opening hours with no minimum number of participants, and outside of these times for groups of ten people or more.
