The Babenbergerhof in Ybbs an der Donau is a well-established inn of the family Ernst and Karin Gruber-Rosenberger. Due to the constantly increasing demand for guest rooms, the Gruber-Rosenberger family has decided to build the new "Donau Lodge" directly on the Danube (ship landing station only 200m away), a hotel that stands for sustainability in every respect. Built in modern and functional wooden construction to emphasize the proximity to the Waldviertel and the Danube, the Donau Lodge stands uniquely directly on the Danube, right on the Donauradweg Passau-Wien with a view over the Danube to Maria Taferl and into the Waldviertel. We offer 27 non-smoking rooms of various categories (2 to 4 people). Experience spacious rooms, up to the unique suite (24 to 54m 2), mostly with balcony. Two rooms are equipped for disabled people, the house is barrier-free.
