Nestled in the gentle tranquillity of the surrounding vineyards is the Schöller family's "wine tavern in the vineyard" - a place where slowing down comes naturally. Weather permitting, guests can sit right next to the vines - with a view of what is growing and ripening. Grüne Veltliner takes center stage on the wine list - versatile, full of character and available in several varieties.

In culinary terms, the familiar meets sophistication - classic Heurigen cuisine is complemented by seasonal ideas with a modern twist. In addition to familiar Heurigen favorites such as the Winzerhaus plate and sausage salad, fine products from local producers also find their place in the menu, such as smoked char fillets from Fischgreisslerei Watz or finely spiced organic sheep's cheese from Rabenstein an der Pielach.

A place to enjoy - without any frills, but with a keen sense of quality and origin. As a special extra, a stay at Schöller can also be rounded off with a picnic in the vineyard or an overnight stay in a modern premium apartment.
