Weinbau und Buschenschank Fam. Gratzer-Sandriester

Our Buschenschank (typical tavern) is located in the Prellenkirchen wine cellar lane, 2km outside of the neighboring village of Edelstal, at the foot of the Spitzerberg between vineyards and rolling fields of grain. The cellar was built in the 17th century and has been owned by our family since 1924. We not only offer selected quality wines from our vineyards in the Carnuntum region, but also hearty and tasty dishes such as roast pork, roast pork, sausages and smoked meats, all from our own slaughterhouse. Various cheeses, spreads and sweet delicacies based on grandma's recipes such as "Hausfreunde" and "Schmerstrudel" complete our extensive range of food and drink.

The Gratzer-Sandriester winery cultivates around 6 hectares of vineyards, which are located on the Spitzerberg in Prellenkirchen. The climatic conditions of the Spitzerberg offer the best conditions for quality-oriented viticulture, which the family has been practicing for several years. What matters: a love of wine, knowledge of its origins and respect for nature.
