At the transition from the Wachau to the high plateau of the Waldviertel, in Ötz-Mühldorf, the very best culinary delights await you. The focus is on apricots, also in their "liquid" form. Here you can experience the Wachau apricot as jam, brandy, nectar, liqueur and frizzante during a tasting and tour of the farm.

Tip: Scotland? Not necessarily. Because whisky fans will also be delighted by the Wachau whisky, made from pure barley, wheat, rye and oats.
