Bootsanlegestelle Persenbeug "Die Donaurast"

The guest jetty of the Fischwirtshaus Landmotel "Die Donaurast" is located almost directly in front of the house, separated from the motel only by the Danube cycle path. A few steps lead directly to the Landmotel. The only visitor power station on the Danube, the Ybbs-Persenbeug Danube power station, is close by and can be reached in a short time. The market town of Persenbeug is dominated by the picturesque Persenbeug Castle - the birthplace of the last Emperor Charles I and the town's current landmark. Historic town houses with beautiful facades characterize the townscape. Also worth seeing are the town hall with the local history museum and the two parish churches.
