Aussichtswarte Fels am Wagram

The Fels am Wagram lookout point is a charming wooden lookout perched at the northern end of the Hammergraben above the wine cellar lanes of Fels. It towers over the surrounding vineyards on two levels and offers a magnificent panoramic view over the wide Tullnerfeld as far as Traismauer.

The ascent is easy via well-marked hiking trails from Fels. The starting point is a small parking lot at the upper end of the wine cellar lane, from where you climb leisurely up through the vineyards. The lookout point is freely accessible all year round and is ideal for a cycling or hiking break.

There are interesting hiking trails around the Warte, including the nature and viticulture trail along the Hammergraben - a recommended combination of exercise, enjoyment and nature experience.
