The Ettenauer family has been cultivating vineyards in the Traisental for over three decades. Today, the business is run by the second generation. The work in the vineyards is carried out close to nature and with the integration of modern technology. Everyone in the family contributes specific knowledge. The vineyards are located around Traismauer. The focus is on Grüne Veltliner, supplemented by other varietal wines, brandies and liqueurs.
Home-made dishes, including game dishes and pastries, are served in the wine tavern in the Weingasse.
