The Häusler family's wine-growing and wine tavern in Hasendorf can actually look back on a long tradition - even the grandparents of the current owners served their home-produced wine as part of a ‘Buschenschank’ in the 1930s. Today, the wine tavern consists of several rooms, including a conservatory, which was created in the old courtyard entrance. In terms of cuisine, the focus is on regionality, the meat dishes come from Tullnerfeld pigs and the homemade ‘Pußtawurst’ sausage is a favourite with guests in the truest sense of the word. Of course, nobody has to suffer from thirst here either - the excellent Grüner Veltliner DAC, Riesling, Muskateller and Blauer Zweigelt wines are available for savoury tasting.
