Restaurant Färberstub´n

On March 13, 1986, Johann and Hilda HORKY founded and opened a new restaurant on the historic main square in Hadersdorf am Kamp, the "FÄRBERSTUB'N" restaurant. After seven months of renovation work, the old cellar vaults were transformed into a cozy ambience with a tiled stove and a sunny garden.

The wide range of dishes ranges from regional and international specialties to recipes from grandma's kitchen. For example, the classics include the original Viennese veal schnitzel, Viennese boiled beef with potato rösti & apple horseradish and oven-fresh roast pork with Waldviertel potato dumplings & warm bacon cabbage salad.

The delicious homemade pastries are particularly popular, as are the different variations of pancakes, dumplings, parfaits and ice cream sundaes.
