Screw press. The name says it all: the production of first-class cold-pressed edible oils
takes time. Because quality in every respect is inextricably linked with composure, patience and the granting of time.
The screw press gently, mechanically and very slowly releases the valuable essence of the organic oilseeds drop by drop. The oil is then allowed to rest until a sediment has formed. The clear oil is bottled and labeled by hand. Finally, it is delivered to regional organic, delicatessen and farm stores as well as upmarket restaurants.
Photovoltaic and wind power plants are used to generate self-sufficient electricity. The self-generated energy is used to power the machine factory, the company vehicles and the screw press for oil extraction.
