The vineyards of the Dietrich winery are located around Petronell-Carnuntum and on the Spitzerberg. Grape varieties such as Grüne Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, Welschriesling, Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, Blauburger and Merlot thrive on the chalky soils - carefully cultivated with the aim of vinifying expressive and elegant wines.
The wines are matured classically in stainless steel tanks or in small oak barrels, depending on the variety and style. The range includes fresh white wines as well as powerful red wines with depth and structure.
A special rarity in the range is the white wine cuvée JOSEPH H. - named after the composer Joseph Haydn, who was born in Rohrau. It combines Grüne Veltliner, Pinot Blanc and Welschriesling to create a multi-layered wine with a fine balance.
A visit to the Dietrich winery promises honest wines with a regional character - made with passion and flair.
