Built in 1524, later becoming the wine pressing house of the Gaming Carthusian monastery, and appreciated by summer visitors as a first-class inn more than a century ago, the Donauwirt of the Rosenberger family in Weißenkirchen today offers its guests modern interpretations of regional cuisine and stylishly furnished wellness rooms with abundant atmosphere. The hotel’s highlights are the lovingly adapted gourmet rooms and suites. Carefully selected furniture, accessories and comfortable wing chairs invite you to linger and relax. Relaxing nights are followed by a generous breakfast buffet with regional delicacies.
The award-winning cooking uses high-quality ingredients, mainly from the region, but always from Austria and of organic or fair trade quality.
