The garden tour leads past the port of Krems, the Tisza power station, through orchards and vineyards with views of wine terraces. With almost no elevation gain, leisure cyclists and families can experience the Krems Valley ("Kremstal" in German) up close.

Route description
This loop begins and ends at the train station in Krems an der Donau.
Krems – Theiß – Gedersdorf – Rohrendorf – Krems
We follow the Danube cycle path eastward, sharing the route for a short stretch with the Krems Valley ("Kremstal" in German) Long-Distance Hiking Trail, and then ride back to the starting point along the Krems-March-Thaya Route (KTM Route).
Parking
There is a paid parking garage at the Krems train station; access is via Austraße (turn left onto "Am Frachtenbahnhof").
Getting there
Krems can be reached from Melk via the B3 (Federal Highway 3); from Vienna, Krems can be reached via the S5 (Stockerau Expressway).
