The path leads over the Giritzer to the Red Cross (picture tree) with a view of the greater Krems area. For the way back, we branch off to the right and descend along the forest path into Halterbachtal. On the country road towards Oberbergern, past the Pfeffermühle mill, you reach Unterbergern again via the Millennium Column.
