The apartment, which was newly built in September 2020, faces south and has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200), a living room with a pull-out double sofa bed (140 x 200), a small kitchen, a bathroom and a small anteroom. The total area is around 50 m2. There is also a terrace with a panoramic view and a table with 6 chairs for outdoor dining. We provide you with a charcoal grill and a fire basket so that you can organize your stay as you wish. In the cooler seasons, you can warm part of the terrace with a radiant heater. On nice days, the sun shines here from sunrise to sunset.
The entrance hall is equipped with a closet and closet, the bedroom with a spacious chest of drawers, a small table, a mirror and two bedside cabinets. LED lights by the bed and on the ceiling are dimmable.
The living room has a cozy, pull-out 3-seater sofa that can be used as a bed for 2 people. Next to it is a TV set (Sony Bravia 38 inch). There is also a dining table for 4 people in the living room. To the south of the terrace is a small garden that can be shared with the residents of the second apartment on this floor. The garden is secured by a fence and is therefore also suitable for small children to play in.
The kitchen is equipped with a large sink, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and also a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, an egg boiler and a toaster. There are also crockery and cutlery, tea towels, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets. If required, a crib and a high chair can be provided. For longer stays, a washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the cellar. The apartment is also equipped with WLAN access. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people.
