    The KIA Round "Danube View Round" leads downhill along the Danube for the first 500 m. After a slight uphill section, there is a nice view of Maria Taferl. From there, it continues on a low-traffic country road and through the center of Marbach back to the starting point.

    Public transport

    You can travel with ÖBB to the Pöchlarn train station - timetable inquiry. From the station, you can take a bus to Marbach - www.vor.at. 

    Directions

    Marbach is accessible via the A1 West Autobahn, Pöchlarn exit. At the exit, take the 1st exit at the roundabout, after about 1 km turn left towards the Danube bridge. Cross the bridge, then stay left on Wachauerstraße (B3). The road leads directly to Marbach.

    Coming from Krems or Grein via Wachauerstraße (B3) drive straight ahead; the road leads directly to Marbach.

    Parking is available in the town and at the Marbach ship landing stage.
