The farm store in the cheese hut sells cheese and dairy products from cows, sheep and goats. You will find a wide range of delicious, farm-fresh foods in a rustic hut atmosphere.
The focus is on cheese (raw milk cheese and organic cheese 60 different varieties), bread and baked goods, spelt and grain specialties, juices, wines and spirits, flours, Cider, fruit juices, various teas and jams, meat and sausages.Cheese specialties from farm cheese dairies and village dairies are complemented by refined varieties from the in-house maturing cellar. Delicious natural food is produced with respect for the environment and a lot of manual work. Fresh bread is baked by our farmers' wives from the surrounding farms. Nothing comes off the production line here, we bake with heart and hand.
You can also browse through our well-stocked wine shop. Excellent wines and a wide range of schnapps, fine brandies as well as Cider and fruit juice products are available to choose from.
We have a large selection of gift baskets. We are happy to put together an individual gift basket to make it an eye-catcher at any celebration and our snack platters will make every gourmet's heart beat faster.
