We are a small part-time wine-growing business with a cultivation area of approx. 1.5 hectares. The family's winemaking tradition stretches back over several generations and branches of the family to well into the 19th century. Our main grape varieties are Grüne Veltliner (approx. 50%) and Riesling vom Urgestein (approx. 15%). The remainder is made up of the Frühroter Veltliner, Neuburger, Zweigelt and St. Laurent varieties. These grape varieties grow on the typical primary rock and clay soils in the Hausberg, Arnsteig and Hochäcker vineyards, all located in and around Senftenberg.
