We are a small family business for whom the existence and continued existence of our farm means a great deal. We have been marketing our products from the farm since 1988 and direct marketing has become our most important mainstay. We sell fine pork, farmhouse bread, potatoes, Cider and pumpkin seed oil. Quality and taste are at the forefront of the production of our products. We produce conventionally according to ecological principles and natural cultivation. In order to achieve the best meat quality, we attach great importance to feeding our animals with our own farm feed and ensuring that the meat is sufficiently matured after slaughter. In the traditional way and according to old recipes, we produce sour meat, smoked meat, bacon, sausages, smoked sausages, smoked sausages, raw ham, lard, roast pork and sour meat and freshly baked farmhouse bread with natural sourdough at the weekend.
