Weingut Eder

The Eder family has been growing grapes in Gedersdorf in Krems Valley ("Kremstal" in German) since 1849. In 2013, Martin took over the business in the 7th generation, which he now runs together with his sister Marina. Despite new dynamics, they remain true to the motto "Family, experience, innovation and tradition lead to success". Due to the optimal location of the vineyards on the mighty Lössterrassen and the harmonious interplay of the damp cold from the nearby Waldviertel and the dry warmth from the Pannonian lowlands in the east, they enjoy very good climatic conditions. This results in wines of particular elegance and maturity.
