He gained this understanding not only at the organic winery OTT in Austria but also at one of New Zealand’s top organic estates, TWR Wines.

His philosophy is based on gentle, sustainable vineyard management. Fertilizers and herbicides are an absolute no-go for Matthias.

In the cellar, his motto is to let the wine express itself.

The result is complex, unfiltered, and untreated wines with great aging potential.

His range is very diverse — from classic wines and single-vineyard selections to natural wines, Matthias offers it all.
