The Lorenz Bauer winery, a family-run business spanning several generations, is located in the Wagram wine-growing region, more precisely in Tiefenthal. Since its foundation, it has developed into a traditional and energetic business that is characterized by environmentally friendly and careful cultivation of its vineyards. This ensures that only healthy grapes are processed, which is reflected in the quality of the wines.

The mild climate and soils of chernozem, loess and brown earth provide the vines with optimal growing conditions. The latest wines from the 2024 vintage are already in the range and can be tasted on site. The soils of the winery, characterized by calcareous loess, are the foundation of the quality of the wines produced and offer optimal conditions for the Veltliner varieties in particular. A tasting at the winery offers the opportunity to get to know the range and better understand the wine characteristics of the Wagram.
