Weinbau Heuriger Nolz

Since the opening of the Heurigen in 1978, special emphasis has been placed on the quality and variety of the food on offer. The Nolz family's farm is now largely focussed on producing the products used in the Heurigen's cuisine.

Instead of offering hot dishes, the existing repertoire is constantly being expanded with vegetarian specialities, unusual Heurigen dishes and the family's own food creations. Maria Nolz-Neubacher is responsible for the extensive culinary offer, who has organised the operation of the Heurigen kitchen with a lot of love and time from the very beginning.

A major concern of our family is to preserve the ‘Heurigen’ in its original form and to satisfy the increasing demands of our guests through quality, originality and variety.
