Weinbau Familie Stadler

The Stadler family's winery is a traditional business located in the climatically favorable Wagram region. The wind-protected slopes and the loess soil offer ideal conditions for outstanding wine quality. The vineyards benefit from the primal power of the loess. Since the end of the last ice age, the steps of the Wagram have been covered with a layer of loess up to 25 meters high, making it one of the thickest of its kind in Europe. The high lime content and the ability of the soil to release the stored water to the vines in dry conditions are invaluable for viticulture.

The Stadler winery cultivates around seven hectares of vineyards in the Sätzen, Hohenberg and Steinberg vineyards. The winery regularly takes part in events such as the Wine Affairs summer presentation and the WAGRAM WEIN Frühling.
