On the one hand, Wolfgang, our cellar master, will guide you through the evening with all the liquid delights - it can easily happen that he surprises his guests with one or the other barrel sample of the new vintage, or a rarity of a wine style, which he has found on one of his trips to foreign wine-growing regions - ...
...and on the other hand, our chef has prepared an extensive, rich "cold" buffet for all guests, with modern interpretations of regional delicacies and Mediterranean delicacies.
