Our house with garden is situated in a quiet location, directly at the ascent to the ‘Ruine Hinterhaus’. You can reach the village centre in approx. 10 minutes on foot. The holiday home has two fully equipped flats. Flat 1 is a 4-room flat and is located on the ground floor with garden, flat 2 is a 3-room flat and is located on the 1st floor including a small balcony. Both flats have a view of the famous Spitzer vineyard ‘Setzberg’ and are fully equipped with: Kitchen incl. kitchen equipment & utensils; living room incl. pull-out couch & TV; bedroom incl. double bed, chest and TV; bathroom incl. shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. We are also happy to provide a cot or other equipment for children on request. Pets are also very welcome.
