Buschenschank (typical tavern) Buder Karl is a small but fine family business that was taken over by the younger generation in March 2020. With great enthusiasm and passion for good products, the tried and tested is continued here and new things are implemented. The business builds on the experience of generations that have built it up and combines this knowledge with modern zeitgeist. The wine tavern is a place where people work with joy and passion to offer guests a culinary experience where they can feel at home. The wine selection includes the typical Grüne Veltliner from the Wagram region, a fresh and acidic Welschriesling, a mature Pinot Gris, a Blauburger with delicate berry aromas and a Zweigelt aged in barrique barrels. A glass of our own rosé on a warm summer evening or the equally pressed Zweigelt are further highlights. Every year is an exciting journey, from pruning the vines in winter to the grapes in the bottle.
