Winzerwaldhof Aschauer

In total, we cultivate vineyards covering an area of around 8 hectares in the Krems Valley ("Kamptal" in German) and Kamp Valley ("Kamptal" in German) regions. Our hobbyhorses are Grüne Veltliner, which finds perfect conditions on the deep loess soils such as Kremser Sandgrube or Kremser Kerschbaum, and Riesling, which produces excellent wines on the typical primary rock soils such as the Sunogeln terraced site (where the sun nods down) and Stratzinger Gärtling.
