The secret of good taste is based on our circular economy. We keep the pigs exclusively on straw and they are fed the best feed from our own farm.

The preparation of our delicious suckling pigs begins with the seasoning. As a perfectly coordinated side dish, a bread stuffing is fried in the belly of the suckling pig. If you wish, you can also enjoy homemade coleslaw with a marinade made from our own rapeseed oil. Only products from our region are used for the bread stuffing and coleslaw. At the end, you can look forward to a golden-brown rind, tender meat and delicious gravy.
