In the Kräutergarten restaurant, you can taste what the region has to offer - fresh, natural and prepared with passion.
A special ritual begins here early in the morning: even before the doors open, the chef starts his tour of the nearby herb garden of the Schloss Hof estate. Among the fragrant herbs and freshly harvested vegetables, he collects what will later be processed into high-quality dishes in the kitchen - a living tradition that goes back to the times of Maria Theresa.
